AOMEI PE Builder helps you to acting create a bootable environment based on Windows PE without installing AIK/WAIK.

AOMEI PE Builder integrates a set of tools that enables you to boot up your computer for easy maintenance and fast recovery tasks when the native system is corrupted or cannot be used.     Hi, liked the idea of Aomei PE Builder (I use their Backupper).

    Alas, installation is not compatible with Win 8.1 (yet).

    And that’s only clear from a popup message when you try to install it which lists the compatible OS versions.

    Worth adding this to save people the download.
