BiNPDA – RootSiGN
This application used for signing Symbian applications that can still be used on Symbian phones S60 v3 old firmware (N73, 6120c, etc). This software will not work when used on mobile phone type that the firmware has been updated (will always appear certificate expired alert). Therefore you do not need to care issues a certificate file with IMEI number authorization.
Carefully consider the using steps as shown in the picture below.

Confirm BiNPDA – RootSiGN run with administrator privileges.

Select the file you want to sign. Symbian S60 v3 and v5 using file format .Sis and .Sisx. .Sis used in S60 v3 and v5 is different to that used in S60 v2.

After this process, your Symbian application already use updated certificate file and can be installed on the phone.
The weakness of this software is not able to select certificate file used, so it can not be used for signing the latest symbian application.

Hi,
automatically exiting –> I think this is means the apps can’t used for your phone
your phone is 6700 and it included new Symbian phone system, so you can’t using RootSiGN
first you must get new certificate file and try helloOX
you might have trouble getting a certificate file
