Hide files on Symbian with HideMe
HideMe is an application that runs on Symbian S60 v3 and v5, and used to create a hidden file.
This is done by selecting file attribute hidden so that are not visible, but the files remain in place. Files with hidden attributes will also be visible when you create a system to show hidden files.
See second picture.
The picture shows the files that use hidden attributes by XPlore.
There is indicated there are three types of attributes that can be used, ie: hidden, read only, and system. By selecting hidden the file will not be seen easily.
This application can also add a PIN or password for the hidden files. When the file is raised, will be asked confirmation for password (PIN).
