Make full screen wallpapers can do with two ways:

1. Make a theme (can use Theme DIY application or Carbide UI or making theme online, with background wallpaper you want)
2. Use application (wallpaper or background changer) to do that.

The first option is harder than the second. The application that you need to do that is freeware Full Screen Wallpaper (FSWP). Usually the owner of the phone put the own picture as a background. The picture will not show good because can not be full screen. This apps will fix this problem and you’ll be able to change the background menu too.

Just download the apps and install to your Symbian phone (s60 v3 or v5). Run the apps, choose the wallpaper you want to use, and select where the background wallpaper will apply.

But….. before you can install FSWP, you need to sign it first. So, expired certificate warning doesn’t appear.
