East-Tec Eraser 2012 is paid software (trial 15 days) that provides both functions on the title. With this software, personal files and confidential information deleted tracks will not be able to read….. so can not be restored and retrieved others.
On the Systray, you will see a tool that monitors the files were deleted and you will see a notification that looks like the picture beside.
